10/6 ARM

Owning is licensed by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation under the California Residential Mortgage Lending Act. NMLS 2611. 10/6 ARM is a 30 year Adjustable Rate Mortgage with interest rate, and monthly principal and interest payment, fixed for the first 10 years (120 months). Payments are subject to increase every 6 months after initial 10 year period. After 10 years the first interest rate adjustment cap is 5%; subsequent semi-annual interest rate adjustment caps are 1%; lifetime 30 year loan interest rate adjustment cap is 5%.
